About Sawyer Hay & Cube
Our Mission
The Sawyer Family, located in Clarendon, Texas, was established in 1874. The ranch/farm has been owned and operated by the same name for more than 150 years. As we have reached our sesquicentennial years, many farms and ranches are becoming extinct. With carrying on the legacy, Sawyer Hay & Cube was formed in 2022 and opened its doors for production in March 2025. Catering to the agriculture industry with respect to the equine industry, bovine industry, and including domestics. Our primary goal is to reach out to the Performance Horse industry in its entirety.
Sawyer Hay & Cube is owned and operated by fourth generation, Dan Sawyer. Dan has been a lifelong producer of Alfalfa Hay, as well as Farming and Ranching. Hard work ethic along with conservatorship, foresight goals have been our prosperity. As three generations have passed, a lot of acquired history has been put to good use. The Sawyer Family is committed to carrying our heritage through all aspects of agriculture in the future as Dan’s children and grandchildren take an active part and leadership role in Sawyer Farms and Sawyer Hay & Cube.
Sawyer Hay & Cube is the only hay cubing facility in the State of Texas. Designed with the latest automation technology, it has the ability to produce large quantities of product daily. Achieving our goals to supply larger consumers, smaller consumers are welcome as well. Our facility is easily accessible for incoming and outgoing customers, as well as semi-truck accessible.
At Sawyer Hay & Cube, we are dedicated to providing premium hay cubes, blended cubes (alfalfa/grass mix), and premium plus cubes that come with a complete diet, for your equine companions. We offer 40lb sacks, 50lb sacks, totes/super sacks, and bulk within our mileage radius. Our mission is to ensure that every horse receives the highest quality nutrition to support their health and performance.
